I will never go to all safe storage again. I paid for a October's rent there for 60 dollars and I moved my stuff out of the unit on Oct 6. They won't pro rate any of my money back to me. That is the most crooked stuff I've seen out of a "family" business. I would never recommend this place to anyone
Excellent customer service - the manager is the nicest and most understanding person! Very clean, and though it's an older property, it was well-kept and I felt good keeping my inventory in my unit. I would recommend Avondale Mini Storage to anyone needing a conveniently located, clean, reasonably-priced storage facility.
I have never in my life done business with a storage place that had so much state of the art customer relations. They really take the time to get to know their clients. Not only that, the facility is so CLEAN! I drive by and she is constantly outside working. I have done business with them on and off for the past 3 years. If you need storage space, I would definately RECOMMEND South 75 Storage. They have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They even take the time to send invoices out once a month 2 weeks prior to due date so you have plenty of time to pay your bill. The property is in excellent condition. Very Very CLEAN! Very Professional. Very Friendly. Facility is very very clean. I have never been to a storage place that had such excellent service. She will go out of her way to make sure you are happy and content. I have sent more than a handful of customers their way and they are still using facility and are very happy with the service. Even, before and after hours, they will take care of your needs.
