My technician John was very efficient and professional. He called when he was en route and arrived in the time frame established by the company. He replaced my ceiling fan quickly and expertly. The area was clean after he left as if he was never there.
Victor was courteous, professional and thorough in detecting and addressing the issue.
They were sent out by my home warranty, showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly
