My husband and I recently purchased a travel trailer from All RV Needs. It was probably the best buying experience we have had. Rob was so patient in making sure that we got just the right trailer for our family. And Scott, in finance, delivered what he said he could and more. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV. Very professional and courteous, yet still small town friendly.
We have come by twice in the last week or so for parts to repair the outside of our RV. Customer service has been great and very helpful, they stocked everything we needed. Yesterday was a Sunday and we needed more supplies. Even though their parts retail store was closed on Sunday, the gentlemen took pity on us and let us purchase the goods with exact cash change. So NICE of him! Many thanks!
We have stopped at this RV store for different times down as we've come through Medford and had a great experience each and every time yesterday we went to return antenna that didn't fit our motorhome and we bought it over a year ago from them they have big signs everywhere Electronics no return policy but what they do or did for us was instead of being able to give us some money they let us use it as a store credit so we were able to buy get a new clock and some light bulbs that we needed so every time they treated us fairl... read more

Brad the Service Manager is awesome. Upfront, honest, follows through, tells you the truth. If it's not worth fixing, you don't waste your money. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. There is enough we do need. Will keep going back if we can deal with Brad.
