Jon and his incredible crew assisted ! All of you offered incredible assistance to us and we felt truly valued as customers. Thank you so very much for your expertise, knowledge and concern. You bypass all other RV shops we have been to, for 30 plus years.
Everyone we spoke with from the first sales person to the parts person at the end of the sale, were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful! And they were as excited for us as we were to get the trailer! They answered many questions for us and said they would be there for us after the sale with anything we might need. Wonderful group of people! They made us feel welcome and valuable. They really want to help you find what works best for you to have a great time! Go see them!
We first made contact with Luke at the south medford location. He was personable, well versed about the rv industry and honest. Whenever I go to a lot, I prefer to work with one person. Like Luke, Tysan was helpful and further improved our RV education. These fellows are young but definetly not inexperienced. They answered my queries impeccably, there was no pressure sales tactics (informative vs trying to corner a rabid badger), treated me as a friend. Traveling RV style has its challenges. It sure makes you appreciate the fact that a stationary house doesn't bounce around as much, unless you're in a really bad earthquake zone. With that in mind, when the toll from the turbulence that results from relocating these little home away from Home's occurs...especially when going off road. We have been to a lot of RV places in the past couple years doing research on fifth wheels. I think a big part of that is also getting a feel of the people as well. Then we stopped into the new Klamath location to see how it was there plus we were getting some work done on our pull camper. We started looking at fifth wheels after dropping off our camper and we liked one of the units. We have never had so many people so involved in helping us as we did here. Today we just picked up our fifth wheel and with excellent service all the way to the very end with us pulling off the lot. I would say specific names but everyone was equally as excellent as the other.
Roland was great in answering my many questions about Chalet pop-up A-Frame trailers as we compared models to each other and one made by Flagstaff that was parked right there. No pressure, lots of info, willingness to get answers to more of my questions.
