Thank you to the owners and staff at All RV Needs. Though I didn't buy anything, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or could use. They taught us a great deal of what to look for in a new or used camp trailer. We went to a different RV store in the Rogue Valley and it was like a home for used car salespeople who tried to sell us something that our vehicle couldn't tow and were very forceful. We just bought a used trailer from these folks. They claim to be a family owned business and everyone we felt with represented that. We were initially looking for an older trailer, our last stop was here, we talked with Tim at the north lot who began showing us new trailers outside of our cash budget, initially thought it was typical salesman ploy to get you into something you don't want and outside of your budget. The customer service is great! Brad was very helpful with service needs for my R-Pod. They were very accommodating not rushing me to pick up my trailer until I could get there. Thank you Brad for everything. If you have service needs this is the place to go!

We stopped in to meet Theresa in person because we are already her fans from the TV commercial and to "See how easy," All RV Needs could get us into our new RV as advertised. We met Luke and we both liked him right away. He listened as we expressed our interests and then he took us through the inventory. He pretty much answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the whole experience. This is what customer service is about. We have had numerous work done here. Brad and his team has been very upfront about the costs and work involved. More companies need to treat their customers this way. They went way above and beyond helping us on numerous occasions. Amazing place. More than just trying to sell you something!

All RV Needs, is not just there name, it is a statement! They worked real hard to meet my terms on the sale. A year later I developed some things that needed to be done to my 2009 Fifth Wheel. The service department figured out what needed to be done and finished in a timely manner.
