We had the best experience with All Pro Windows. Its been a few weeks since our installation and we're just as happy as day one. The follow up has been excellent. Will and his team are knowledgeable and respectful but most importantly up front and honest about your project and what to expect. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Everything my wife said is 100% accurate. She stated the events that occurred based on the text messages that were communicated. It seems you have so many “good” reviews because you seek to remove the bad ones. You only have 41 now 42 reviews, not that many and interestingly enough you only have two negative reviews. We have been looking to get bids for windows and wanted to go with a local company. We saw that this company had good reviews and gave them a call. Spoke with Will and he was friendly. We began the process of getting a bid, had to measure and send pictures. We had some windows that we wanted modified so there were a lot of questions from Will about those windows. Absolute fantastic company from top to bottom. We worked with Will from the get-go, we was very informative and helpful thru the whole process. The Installers, Daylton and Rod, were very detailed, efficient, and great at what they do. Would highly recommend!
If you read my previous review on All Pro Windows, please forgive an old guy with a predictive typing computer, who called Mr. Will Newman by a different name. For that, I apologize greatly. Will Newman, owner of All Pro Windows, is a terrific gentleman and deserves to be remembered and spoken of by the proper name.
