VOLKSWAGON DRIVERS BEWARE!!! This place is so full of it I made this mistake of taking my Volkswagen there for a transmission rebuild. I was told that when they were through my transmission would be running great. Needless to say I fell for the bullsh**. Made the Mistake of taking my 2006 F-150 to this shop, was told should be around $1100 for the rebuild. Should have known better. They always want to replace the torque converter and pump, so my total was $2400+, also includes 12 month return. Or use used parts for $1800 with only a 6 month return. Called Ford dealer can get a new transmission for $1900 plus install (which includes torque converter and pump) includes 3 year unlimited mileage return policy. Have to pay $600 to put transmission back together and take to Ford. ... read more
After getting an outrageous price from Curry Honda, I called Matt at ProTransmission. Matt was great. He patiently explained the process for transmission rebuild and gave an accurate range of costs. He delivered the car when promised and also gave me several unsolicted calls with progress reports. Now the car is running great and i saved thousands. Thanks Matt I will use you for all my auto needs.
I have tried a lot of repair shops but All Pro will be my only choice from now on. The owner, Roy, is honest and knowledgable. Definitely recommend
I will start by saying Matt is the best. I took my car to Pep Boys then the dealer twice. They couldn't figure out the problem and made me spend money fixing things that didn't need fixing (at least not right now). After spending all that money I took it to All Pro Transmission & Auto Care and Matt not only found and fixed the problem he has been helpful with all the other issues I have had with my vehicles. He knows his stuff and he has great customer service skills. I won't go anywhere else now.
