Place has horrible customer service. Has the displeasure of dealing with Rick (current general manager) where I got the run around for 3 weeks on a warranty transmission job. Not once in the 3 week period was I contacted with any kind of status update in regards to my vehicle (not even when the car was finished). My transmission was rebuilt and it lasted for 6 months before I had to see them again. I am impressed! They did a great job with my transmission. Rick gave me a quote and when it was time to pay--that's exactly what it was. Everything was explained to me about my transmission. I was kept in the loop the entire time they had my truck. The staff was nice and friendly, and I didn't feel like I was being lied to and robbed. If your car or truck needs some transmission work done, take it to these guys. The business here is very good. They helped me tremendously, and gave me the opportunity to save money, by charging much less than other shops. They provided the repair my vehicle needed to last me at least another 5 years.
I have used them in the past and most likely will again in the future. I have found them to be honest and dependable.
