I called All pro to come out and replace the faucets/valves for my clothes washer. The cost of the faucet/valve is $10 at best, however All Pro's agent charged me $500 and told me he was doing me a favor by not charging me a "service charge". He signed me up for some some form of service contract, which I did not ask for and am not even certain what, if anything, it covers. I tried calling their office today and asked to speak with someone in charge. I was told that Maria was that person and that she was in a zoom meeting an... read more
