Bad scheduling and communication, and failure to reply to emails in a properly manner.I posted this 7 years ago. ( update) they have gotten better with communication and scheduling. Michelle always make sure to take care of any situations i have with generators in timely manner. They step up in a big way.
I had to put one star to post this review other wise it would have been a negative 10 stars. Michelle and her assistant Ana are the absolute worst with customer service. Our generator has been down since December 2024 stating parts were obsolete when I was able to source their availability as current. They refused to take my recommendations and have left me with out a generator for 4 months. From talking over me while I am asking for clarification or updates on our service which by the way, was paid in full!! to not returnin... read more

This is a very well established business. Mr. Garcia, crew and staff have been providing support for some of the most critical public and private generator equipment in South Florida for decades. Everyone we meet there is knowledgeable, polite and professional. All Power is a rare find and a valuable resource for professional facility managers. Keep up the good work!
