I highly discourage using All Points Moving & Storage!! If I could give minus rating I certainly would. Yes unless you buy insurance for protection of movers negligence for damages or lost pieces you will be out thousand of dollars replacing or repairing your furnishings/belongings. All Points Moving & Storage moved my office furniture from one office to another on Jan31, 2022 . I paid the bill based on what they quoted me as to the charges in full. Now almost two months later they contact me to pay an additional $358 40 for insurance coverage. I went on and paid these charges but do not feel this is the proper way to do business as if owed these additional charges why did they not charge me when I paid the bill the night of the move. I worked with this company during the month of December 2021 for a long-distance move. The pickup of my items went very well, and the movers worked quickly to get my items into their truck without hassle. The issues came in their unprofessional communications skills when informing me where and when my items would be delivered to my drop-off address. At every turn, I had to contact them directly to find out any information regarding my items and whether the dispatcher left NJ. I had to call several times to confirm the status... read more
They broke several items and lost items but only paid .60 on the pound...not dollar. I would not recommend.

We are sorry that you experienced a loss. Its state law that any movers licensed in Texas carry a minimum of .60 per lb per article at no charge. We offer our customers Full Value Coverage with 3 deductible options so they can make the best choice for their relocation. Full Value coverage is at an additional cost. All Points Moving and Storage took possession of our household furnishings on 11-16-2013 and brought them back to us on 9-29-2016. There were some items damaged and some that were ruined. After repairs were made to the damaged items they will not return our calls, emails or reimburse us for the two items that are ruined.
