David was extremely thorough with his inspection and he took the additional time and effort to explain areas of concern. His report was timely, well written and easy to read.
We have hired Dave to be our inspector twice now and we will continue to hire him and refer him to others in the future! Dave is a truly qualified inspector who performs a thorough inspection each time, and talks through each piece of the inspection with the buyer.
