I dropped my car off for a repair they said would take two hours. 7 hours later they closed, having not called me. I Ubered to and from work. I picked up my car the next day and they hadn’t even looked at it. I don’t mind waiting, I mind being lied to. Phone is for decoration. When I called, I was ignored a few times, told to call back later a few times, or told there was no mechanic on site a few times.
