I've been going here for 5 years at least. They changed ownership last fall but I felt I should give me a try. First time they did an ok job, not like previous owners who did a amazing job with each tiny detail. went today, it's worse than the first time. Rim's were half done, as if they didn't want to put their hands too far into the rim, which means they left half done, the inside half untouched. i have an x1 which is smaller than most cars. they charged $9 upgrade so $30for basic botch wash. i didn't receive any extra service. well other than the scratches they left on my leather park brake handle.
I’ve been getting my truck washed here for five years. The last two times they’ve tried to charge me more. The first time I was told it would cost more because there were bugs on the front. Today they told be it was $8.00 more because it was dirty. Isn’t that why we go to the car wash? If they are going to start pulling this crap they should just raise their price. I won’t be back. Here is a picture of the job they did. All this for only $41!
Yes! I give them 10 Stars. I had a nasty scuff on my Jeep and asked if they could get it off. He said it would take sometime but while I was waiting he came in and told me he got it off. I'm the HAPPIEST PERSON ON EARTH!!!! I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for making my Jeep beautiful again.

They did a terrible job wiping down my car I had to go over everything and the whole car was filthy . Not to mention there was bugs and dirt all still on my seats .... Seems like they didn’t even vacuum
