This has nothing to do with the Dr's there and everything to do with front office staff/receptionist. Do they even look at these reviews? Losing patients over incompetent office staff should be something they deal with. And quickly. Stop worrying about who has experience in a medical office and start hiring people with CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and phone etiquette. Recommendedabsolutely love this place such sweet kind people who really love kids. my kids have been going here since birth they are now 5 and 2. Natalie was an absolute pleasure and my kids took to her amazingly,which say alot because my kids dont take to people easily. definitely highly recommend this Pediatric Care.
Your office is ridiculous! It was like herding cattle when I went there on Friday at 11. There was absolutely no room for us to even stand. There was no social distancing and nobody was wearing a face mask in the waiting room. The pens that were on the counter were being used by everyone. Then we had to stand there and fill out a questionnaire that took almost 20 minutes to do and ended up leaving without seeing a doctor. Their system is corrupted and care nothing about the patience that come in, very mouthy and don’t listen to what your telling them. It’s all about the money 💰. Staff,nurses are rude & all the Dr’s are absolutely terrible known to report false allegations to cps.
Love all the staff there! Shenna was extremely sweet and made my daughter comfortable while getting her shots today. Can’t thank you enough!
Happy with my first visit at All Pediatric Care. My son saw Dr Natalie and I was so pleased with her! He also saw Dr Belavilas as a newborn in the hospital after he was born and I loved her too!
my kids have been going there for a long time and we love the doctor's and most of the nurses!!
I’ve been trying to reach this clinic since November 2019. They don’t ever answer or return calls.
Staff is rude. Dr just blows you off.
