For the guy talking trash about my friend miguel. Look you ignorant if you knew how to fix the computer why didn't you do it then? Well maybe because not even your dad trust a so called computer technician like you. "IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPUTER TECHNICIAN TO BACKUP THE HARD DRIVE BEFORE REPAIR, IT IS THE OWNER'S BEFORE TAKING IT FOR REPAIR. If you want the technician to backup the hard drive you have to inform them before they even attempt to fix it and a charge will be added to your repair cost.
My entire family take their PCs to Miguel, from my 73 yr. old mother to my 17 yr. old niece. He comes very highly recommended and not only does his business give great service but they are friendly and listen to you. To Felix, if you knew "your stuff" as you claim you wouldn't be in this predicament. I have a degree in this field and even I trust this place because I just don't have the time to dedicate to the machines - with a career & 6 kids that take up all of my time, and mess up our 3 computers a lot! who is this guy? felix? if you know so much why didnt you fix your dads pc? mr. computer technician like you say you are? all i know is that they have been there for a very long time and money just does not walk by its self inside his business so he must be doing something right. and i also know some of his clients.
