RecommendedWow! What a great place! We drove 2 hours to come try to get parts for my 2006 Jeep Commander 5.7 Hemi Limited (basically the hardest model to find anything for!) I had low expectations that we would find what we needed and man was i wrong! This past weekend my vehicle was broken into at my apartment here in Springfield. If you live here, you know the downtown area can be rough. I lost some items of some value to me but can be replaced. We however it was shattered the glass in my rear passenger window which usually cost about $195 for an older model sedan like mine. Well I lucked out thanks to Springfields local salvage yard! We spent $2000 on an engine and warranty. Head gasket blew 9 months after having the work done. Contacted Alton (the owner) he hung up during my complaint. I have contacted and made a complaint to the Attorney General and come to find out he has 6 other complaints besides ours. Contacted KY3s Ashley Reynolds. This man is a joke and his mechanics are not certified. He is a joke and I feel as I feel Alton thinks he can commit fraud and be untouchable!
a lot of times we go to a PNP type place, without realizing our locally owned and operated small business can provide for us at the same time for the same price and guarantee the work, support our local business, awesome customer service with years of satisfied customers
BEWARE: I ordered a sun visor for a 1994 Nissan pickup. I gave them as much information as I could. They asked no questions. It was cloth not vinyl and after 4 phone calls in 3 days was rudely told I could not return it. They also requested a five star rating on "goodle". I assume the meant Google. It was hand written on an envelope. No professionalism.
Only place I could find a trans dipstick & tube for My old dodge p/u in Mo. nice staff that know parts.
