Our car was not at the airport when we landed. No one contacted us. We had to contact the office and wait 30 minutes for a car that turned out to be an Uber. We weren't told an Uber was picking us up. If we wanted an Uber, we would have gotten an Uber. Communication wasn't the best on their part that day. Pretty disappointed because other reviews seemed great. Was told we were going to "receive something in the mail" from them. Was about a month ago. Didn't receive anything and still got charged full price.
