I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend recovering from surgery, and the flowers were never delivered. I spoke with Samira multiple times to resolve the issue. She offered to re-send the flowers, again they were not received. Each time I tried to talk to Samira to request a refund, she argued that the flowers were delivered, but my friend never received any flowers. Samira continued to argue with me. After calling 7 florists for roses this was the last shop to have any. They were kind enough to hook up a discount on a half dozen roses. Will buy from again. Recommended for all floral needs and parties
