To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided to my minor daughter, Erica , regarding a scheduled road test in Alabama. Despite the holiday season, the difficulty in scheduling the test via phone or email was unacceptable. The online self-scheduling system proved ineffective. Didnt work for us.
