Company has always been hard to get answers from. Then when I sold my home they charged my lawyer $300 to send a letter saying I was current. $300+ I bet it took then 3 min to generate, an 50cents to mail. Look up other reviews. Lots of complaints.

I don't have a huge problem with this company. I wish they use credible people to inspect the homes. The people would come out the first time and notify you of the problem, but will send a more threatening letter saying they came and the problem had not been fixed. They will say that fines will be assessed when they know no one had come back to see if the issue was resolved. Homeowners may have fixed the issue within 48 hours and still get harassing letters. It's an abuse of the authority that was given to the company that s... read more

I realize that All In One is to hold the community to a certain standard based on covenants. However, in the last year I have received more "notices" than I have in the entire 16 years we have lived in Taylor Farm. The first was about pressure washing our house and driveway. So we did pressure wash the house. Not the driveway. I mean come on. How clean does concrete need to be and how can you tell its "dirty". The second was about a trailer parked in our driveway. We were getting our house painted It was clearly marked with ... read more

Less thanks useless. All In One Community Management can not even manage their own business responsibly much less manage anything for anyone else. They are purely in business to collect money. They certainly do not do anything to earn it. They complaint letters against people in my community more to make themselves appear to have value than to give or add value.

I have issues with a company that does not reply to emails when a resident requests more information. I have several emails to them and no replies and it has been weeks. You be the judge on that kind of service.

The CEO Andrew Bunker is the son of the President Ruann Bunker. Andrew has no basic knowledge of HOAs. The office opens at 10am and closes at 4pm. They NEVER return calls or emails. 1 out of 20 calls are answered with either an attitude and snippy comments or an "I don't know" with no offer to find the information. All-In-One is never prepared for meetings and then attempts to insult members who are pointing out the obvious or tries to "joke" about questions being asked. God help you if you have problem people on your ... read more

Unprofessional, non-responsive, will pass the buck always, makes excuses for taking no action in Taylor Farm Sub-division, it's always someone else's job to do instead of All-In One's. Zero customer service, should not be working in a customer based business.
