Well, some back story. I placed an order with 1800flowers on 11-24 for a specific arrangement. It was for someone's birthday and was very special. I called today (12-7) to change the delivery address and was told that arrangement wasn't available in my area. I scrambled all morning because it's to be delivered on 12-11. I found All In Bloom.
