Me and my husband went to this clinic. Our first impression was great. The "doctor" and "nurse" were very friendly and took their time with us....but that really doesn't matter if your animal has been diagnosed wrong. We were told that our animal had a serious, life long genetic disorder which would require special attention. We were very sad and my husband suggested that we maybe get a second opinion before we alter our pets entire life style. Here is what I think : I have had nothing but wonderful care at the All Hours Animal Hospital & Emergency Center (AHAHEC) since they opened a few months ago. Dr. Jackie really knows her stuff and has taken wonderful care of our cats over the last year. Her staff here at her new clinic is top notch. Dr. Puterbaugh is outstanding! After seeing another doctor for two years, I decided to try her. She quickly diagnosed the condition with one simple test! Now our dog is on the road to recovery and his skin is healing well. All someone needed to do was test his thyroid. Why no one else thought of it I don't know, but she took one look and stated that it was probably low thyroid. the test came back and confirmed it. Now his hair is growing back and he has more energy. Thank you Dr. P!
