We used All Home Appliance Repair through our home warranty for an oven diagnosis and repair. The appt was scheduled and the tech was on time. The tech turned on the oven and said everything was fine despite the oven being set to 350 and the actual temperature being almost 200 degrees different. The tech then proceeded to try and convince us that we did not understand gas ovens and that this type of fluctuation was normal.
