I liked all heart for going to doggie daycare but today we went for grooming and it was horrible! I have a pure bred golden retriever and I asked for them to clean up her ears and her "rear" and they cut off all of her fringe!!! I've never taken a dog to a groomer and had them go so far from breed standard! Will not be returning and I'm very disappointed it's taken a long time to get her fringe.

We boarded our dogs for the first time this weekend. My husband and I were both super nervous, but the lady at the front desk was extremely reassuring and friendly. After we left, I sent an email requesting to add on a few other services (pet beds, playgroup, and a nail trim) and asking for an approximate cost. A few hours later I received a response that just said "yes, we can do that." with no other information. My wife and I had planned our vacation (luckily we were driving and did not have to catch a flight) and had set up to drop off our dog at 8:00 am on Saturday August 5. When we arrived no one was there. I called the number a couple of times before the owner called me back and told me someone was there and they must be out back feeding the dogs. I have been bringing my puppy there for daycare for about 5 months now. This past Thursday will be the last time. They were not open on time. The staff she loves are all gone. The new young guy that works there has no love for animals. I sent a message after leaving her because I was concerned and no one answered me. When I picked her up he was in the back room. I called around town to find a good training class and this center was by far the most helpful. The trainer Brian called me back right away and sent me the entire curriculum of his training class and the lessons learned each week. He is a very skilled trainer and makes sure to give each dog individual attention. He waited until every dog understand the command before moving on to the next lesson. Our dog Juno loves it. We take her on Wednesdays so she can interact with other dogs. She is exhausted when we get her home! That is the sign of a great "baby sitting" day.
