From scheduling the installation of my new SUPER quiet opener with Pam, to the auto appointment confirmations, and timeliness and courtesy of Greg the installer, this was hands down the best experience I have had with a service tech company in a very long time. Excellent installation of an AMARR Heritage door - except the door installed had a hole in one panel. I think this could have been avoided by detailed inspection of the door before delivery. Door replaced, but technician could not adjust it correctly. Kevin, the service manager, came and adjusted it properly to our satisfaction the following day.
Was able to get a technician the same day that I called. The technician was friendly, professional, efficient. A great job!
