Was very happy with consultation and installation. Jeremy the installer was great. He programed all the openers. I've had bad experience with contractors ,but believe me you won't be disappointed in Platinum.
Michael was amazing. We had problems with our 13-year-old garage door. He replaced what we needed!!! Love my new lift master system! Highly recommend. He even programmed my car before he left!!

We contacted Platinum Overhead Door to replace a garage door opener and springs. Unlike some other companies I contacted, Mike took the time to answer my questions and review the different options/services they offered. The next day Jeremy came out and did the install. Jeremy was prompt and professional. Jeremy did a fantastic job and we will definitely use Platinum for any future replacements/repairs.
