The Administrator Assistant, Zachary Mills, would not answer any phone calls I made to the office for days. I had to get someone to ping him directly to receive a disgruntled call back. I had no other choice but to go into the office in person after having surgery to reach the office only to find him in another room not doing his duties . His tone of voice was aggressive and his ability to work with me is unprofessional. This morning I was at this office for a family member's medical appointment. When I left the parking lot, I couldn't see any signs indicating that it was a one-way street, so I accidentally drove the wrong way. A female valet parking employee drove an aggressive car toward me, got out of the car that she was driving, and rudely and aggressively and Nasty way told me not to do it again. Unless you have nothing to do stay away from here !!! Had an appointment with them, I waited over three hours passed my time in the waiting room to see the doctor for my hip pain, I could not hardly stand or walk. Doctor did nothing but review my x rays I brought with me. Made a new appointment for June 20, 2024. June 19 doctor called to cancel and change it to end of July. 2024 Walked into my new primary doctors office for another reason told him about my hip pain GUESS WHAT drop my drawers injection in my hip. I had xrays and MRI at this business. When I needed these records for my new doctor I requested in writing for them. This business does not keep records at this facility. The request was faxed to the business they use. I needed the records in 10 days for my doctor appointment. I called to see if they received the fax. They had. I told them I needed the records and I could pick them up. Nope, that is not allowed. I could have it marked urgent so the records would be done quickly since they would be MAILED to me. 9 days late... read more
