Ordered a pack of 3 water filters, never showed up and **** is telling me (over the phone and via their tracking site) that a label was created but that they never received the merchandise. Got on two chats w/ Allfilters and was told there was nothing they could do on their end and that ****'s status is not reliable because of how old the order is ****** of this year). We received exactly what we ordered, timely and well packaged.
I ORDERED THE 20X30X1 FILTERS. WHEN I WENT TO REPLACE THE **** I BOUGHT AT LOWES THE ALL FILTER **** WERE ABOUT 1/8" TOO SHORT. NOT AS TIGHT AS THE OTHER ****. WHEN I PUT THEM UP THEY DID NOT HUG AROUND THE ***** IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL IJUST HAD TO HOLD IT UP WITH ONE HAND WHILE I CLOSED THE **** WITH THE OTHER.
The filters fit perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for a great transaction.
