I have bought vehicles from this business, purchased parts, and had repair work done and cannot find anymore fault with this business than any other auto parts place. The owner is honest and knowledgeable though she can be overwhelmed with too many calls at times so people thinks she s being rude when she has to get to the next call quickly. You can tell from reviews who is sincere and who has axe to grind for personal reasons.
I run a service business and have saved money using All East whether it has been for paint and body repair, engine replacement, or parts they have provided very well for me. Most of the complaints you will see here are based upon personal vendettas because the owner is Chinese, but my experience has always been good. Mike

Very polite, patient, and willingly helpful service. I have been going here since I graduated out of high school and this is the only auto company that has gone above and beyond to assist me. Thank you so much for all you do Sandy!!!
Compared to most junk yard anywhere else....they actually giving out way better customer serveries...they will actually talk to you, help you with what you need. instead just hang up on you without listening to you.
