I have IEHP and was told that all of my services were covered. I missed an appointment and was charged a 39 dollar fee, which I can understand, but looking at my bill now see a $380 balance due. It's either a mistake or a poor attempt at theft. I will be reporting this establishment if they refuse to remove the outstanding balance.
I am especially pleased with Kathy the office mgr. and Dawn the technician. Great people.
