Reminded too many times about appointments
excellent people skills and clear, friendly communication throughout entire process.
I was frustrated to find out that I couldn't get anything done with my excruciating tooth pain. I wish there was a way to treat it without having to make another appointment for another time. The pain won't go away and I've got to wait probably 2 more weeks to be seen. Very frustrating.
