Dr Setser built my 2 month old parakeet a splint to help correct her splayed legs... Going back on Friday for a recheck hoping that what he built for "Marilyn" ( her legs are worth $$ now....lol ☺) is going to help correct her birth defect ... He was friendly, personable, and genuinely a kind man and obviously an animal lover. He's definitely in the business to helping Animals and their Humans live healthy happy lives. Huge thanks to Dr. Setser and Mikey the vet tech for treating our pup just like their own. They are so knowledgable and kind and took great patience to figure out what was wrong with our dog. We are customers for life!
I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you to the doctor on call last night.. I called and within two minutes he called right back. I am in Albany NY and he treated me like I was one of his own. I had a sick sugar glider and no exotic vets around here were open. He was able to talk to me and get the full details and then have a wonderful conversation with the emergency vet Doctor I was with. All Creatures is fantastic! Dr. Walsh and the staff take such good care of Lily when she comes for a visit! So blessed to have found a great place for her now and for many years to come!
This place was amazing .. They had our bruno for 10 days and took such great care of him... Couldn't ask for a better place for out boy to have had to spend 10 days.
The vets here are great with all of my animals. And the staff try really hard to make my pets feel welcome and comfortable. I have also boarded my dogs here many times. Even though this office location closes on Saturdays, they have an affiliated clinic that is available if my pets need something on the weekend. I highly recommend All Creatures for personalized and attentive vet services.
I felt like I was in a bad auto repair shop. They provided services I did not want or authorize, charged me for them, and then insisted they had described them. (They had not.) They used a "package" deal to charge me 200 bucks for a rabies shot.
