I recently scheduled a routine maintenance service with All Comfort through their website, selecting 3/20 as the appt. date. Shortly after submitting the request, I received a call from the owner, which I took as a positive sign of customer service. I explained that my unit was not cooling as efficiently as before and likely needed cleaning, servicing, and possibly some refrigerant. They offered to come out immediately.
