Leslie's Pool Supply on Power Rd – Very helpful and knowledgable. Repaired our pool vacuum on the spot and provide very helpful information on how to maintain our pool, better than our pool maintenance guy did.
We had wonderful experience here! The people were friendly and gentleman that asisted us helpful with us making our decision!
I love this store! – They offer everything, great products and pool service. It’s the largest pool store I have been too and my family shops there for everything. We also have been on service for many years, and our pool tech does a great job keeping the pool clear. And when we have had problems with the equipment, they always come out right away and get it fixed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you All Clear!
I thought the owner was Great! – I had company installing solar on my pool and Deon took almost an hour explaining the proper water flow and made me very educated on how I could save energy configuring my current system with the panels the solar company was going to install. He did not even sell me anything, as the job was being done by them, but still took the time to answer all of my questions. Devin is the BEST! – My pump kept shutting off after an hour or so, and I had no idea why. I talked to Devin at the Ina and Thornydale location, and she told me I should bring it in to have it checked out. I brought it in, she tested it, and sure enough the motor was shot because of a seal failure. An hour later, she had a brand new motor and seal on it. She went above and beyond, and charged no labor!
Worst Service Imaginable – I've been in this store several times and they seldom have what I'm looking for. If they don't have it, they don't make much of an effort to get it. The final straw was today: Seth answered the phone and told me he had the hoses I needed for an above-ground pool (but they'd been backordered for a month), so I went down to the store, found what I needed, and asked him about a skimmer hose. More Awful Service by a Manager - OWNER – This sounds so familiar. I had a similar experience speaking to someone at that store over the phone. If he is the same person, he is not just the manager, he is the OWNER. We spoke on the phone and he yelled at me pretty much the whole time because I kept asking questions. Service is Horrible – I've unfortunately had to go to this store muliple times since they're the only pool place in Elk Grove that actually stocks parts. Generally when you walk in, you won't even be noticed and definitely don't expect any help with what you're looking for. From the owner/manager to the 16 year olds that are more worried about texting, the service absolutely sucks. Next stop for these kids must be workin' at Home Depot....even sh*ttier service!
Awful Service by a Manager – I have been here 3 times buying random things for my pool in the past 4 months. The 1st time I bring in my sweep I have a horrible experience and with the manager no less! When I brought my sweep in it was because the valve attached to the hose was cracked.
