They offer great services, They did a fantastic job with my old pool now if you see if it looks brand new. They are top notch service and inexpensive. I strongly recommend them for any pool service it is that you may need.
In this economy I have trouble justifying paying for pool service. I wish I could but just don't have it. I started going to All Clear Pool and Spa. They were helpful and got me the stuff I needed. If there was any down side I felt like they tried to sell me maybe more than I needed but I'm savvy enough to not fall for any up sell tricks. My pool looks great and we have been swimming all season. Thank you.
Great – The staff at All Clear in Elk Grove, CA helped me turn my ugly 'dark greenish black' pool water back to a beautiful crystal clear using their recipe of shock and muriatic acid. This is my first pool and they educated me on how to keep the water clear and clear moving forward. They also fixed my pool sweep charging only for parts and it works awesome now! nice job. – I have done business with All Clear for over 12 years, The owner really cares about his customers, and seems to always have everything in stock. I have never been to a pool supply store with so much fun stuff!
Great! – Awesome store, I am from Los Angeles and have never seen such a well-stocked store. I think the owner waited on me, I couldn't believe he could figure out what pool cartridge I needed just by asking a few questions. I was doubtful, but he was right they fit. He also helped me Clean out the inside of my pump. They definitely won me over; I am going to try their pocket store also since it is closer to my work.
Horrible service – I had terrible service from the office personnel, the technician and the owner. They were rude and dishonest. They might have a big store and slightly cheaper monthly pool service rates, but it's not worth the poor treatement.
Great service – I have been very impressed with the service at this Leslie's pool store. They have very good customer service here!
Good Place overall – They have good advice, which I fail to follow so problems occur and they do not lecture me about it. They fix my equipment well which is awesome. They test my water for free and tell me its bad, I do not like that part. Their repair service is great if you are not in a panicked hurry; for those of you that are, go pay a higher price someplace else for immediate service. I do not like being bumped in rotatation for you big winnie babies.
Pool looks great – I was once a naive and perplexed pool owner but after several trips to Leslie's Pool Supply and speaking with the staff I knew I could handle it myself. It has been nearly 3 years since I first set foot in Leslies and I have always had a crystal clear pool. The staff is always courteous and makes me feel welcomed.
