Our appointment was scheduled for 4:30 today. I live on the 5th floor. Apparently they don't clean carpets for anyone above the 3rd floor because their hoses don't reach far enough. If that's the case then fine, but that should have been discussed when I placed the order this morning. They just called to let me know they were not coming and it is currently 3:25.
