I called Bissell Company to find a repair shop specific for this brand. I live in La Conner and was spending the day in Everett. I took in my vacuum to have a part replaced to keep the handle in an upright position. I asked it they might have it done so I could pick it up later in the afternoon. When I dropped by they had it done, but informed they did not have a new part for it. They found a good used part to replace. Rip Off Service – I brought my central vac machine to All City Vacuum in Everett, WA, for repair recently. I was told that they would call me to advise what the repair entails and how much that would cost after their bench test. They never called me but instead I had to call several times because each time I called they said they have not had a chance to bench test my machine.
