Mixed bag today. Meaning. I thought 50 percent of the support staff & nurses were kind & competent. Some people were very nice & some were not. I stopped a nurse from giving my son meds that he had obviously had s reaction to and had a dr order something else. It kind of messed her up because they had to watch him an extra 30 minutes. Outpatient surgery is a revolving door and they want you out fast.
It is a wonderful hospital and everyone there is so nice. I took my daughter there yesterday for her first (hopefully last) surgery and they made it so she wasn't scared at all. When my child was happy, it made it much more bearable for me to see her go back in there for her procedure!!
Almost all of my daughter's specialists are here! The doctors and medical staff instill confidence in you that they know about your child's condition and that they care for your family. I am so grateful to live less than hour from this hospital. They were supportive of my entire family throughout my daughter's surgery and recovery. Thank you!
It was amazing , you feel like you was at home. Love it.
