The Child Life Specialist that helped my 3 year old through his procedure was truly amazing. Because of her kindness and ingenuity the procedure was successful and not traumatic.
Normally I love ACH. I have never had a bad experience until this visit. Of course, the last time I was in the ER with my daughter was about 10 years ago, so maybe it has something to do with the new management? Anyway, my daughter had a head injury and absolutely NOTHING was done...not wven an ice pack or a Tylenol was given to her. The doctor had the WORST bedside manner - she only checked on my daughter when she did (which was about 2 hours after waiting in the room) because I just so happened to stop her for a blanket, b... read more
