I've been to the er with my kids on numerous occasions over the past 20 years. Last night was by far the worst I've ever experienced! It was a complete waste of time. My child was dehydrated, constipated, had a high fever and had swelling & redness under her eye. Her pediatrician sent us. They literally did nothing except give her Benadryl and take a urine sample. We had to remind them about both after being left in the room waiting for over 40 mins. We never got to see an actual Dr, only a nurse practitioner. We were sent h... read more
I'm currently in ACH! Everyone that has walked into our room had been a delight. All the nurses and doctors have taken time to listen, communicate and explain. We came through the ER and were greeted with compassion and understanding.
Amazing staff. Very pleased with the care my child received.
Everyone was incredible from admitting to discharge. Great doctors and awesome nurses
. Do to asthma attack. They Gave 2 triple breathing treatments, she was still the same as when we walked into the er. Dr said he was going to keep her. Nurse made the comment, we are keeping her just for asthma,, Really... dr comes back in and tells me shes fine, he sent her home. Then to make it worse the nurse decided to say because my daughter couldn't pee in the cup I guess we'll never know if she's pregnant or not rude ..........Guess what, I had to rush her right back not even 24hrs latter.
