The entire hospital from Janitor, Surgical Techs, Nurses, Radiology, Cafeteria Workers, Dieticians, Reception, ER staff, Doctors, etc is ready to help make your child healthy and happy again. This is a teaching hospital so do expect new doctors with supervision to help. Some of the best and brightest started here!
Nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful although their service is poor. Whenever I needed the nurse in the beginning they were quick now as time goes on time is delayed. Seem as if they are so far away. Not only that my baby has a serious injury and wasn't told the results right then and there. I was sent home and then had to come back, very unprofessional. Need more nurses!
My daughter is a heart patient and had her surgery at only 9 days old at All Children's. There was not one moment that I felt uncomfortable in her treatment, the staff is amazing. Every time I return for outpatient or in the cvicu I feel "at home" with the loving and caring staff.
As always our care here was impeccable. It is unfortunate that we are there so often for so many different things but I couldn't ask for better care for my child.
