All Cats I was at All Cats yesterday because my cat of 11 years had mammory cancer. It had gotten to the point where it was time to let her go and I called All Cats because they had seen her previously. When I called to come in, I was very upset and the girl who answered the phone was very understanding and compassionate. High Cost with little benefit I was charged nearly $1000 for my cat to be diagnosed with a food allergy. Very little communication received from vet whom seemed to not care in the least. Vet techs were nice and pleasant but overall care and service was the worst I have ever experienced in my 20+ years of having cats. Proceed with caution!!!!
Caring and personal attention for feline owners/lovers. If you own a cat and you like the idea of a vet's office without the hassle of barking (or sometimes snarling) dogs to freak your cat out even more, try All CATS. The staff is so friendly and polite, they really care about animals and they really make you feel welcome. RecommendedI drove almost 8 hours back and forth in the same day for Pediactric spay and neuter for my kittens. (So worth it). I can’t say enough WONDERFUL things about this clinic! Dr Gordon and her staff are nothing short of AMAZING! Shane and everyone we encountered were PERFECT! Dr Gordon spoke with us personally about the procedures before and after! They all treated our babies like their own!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everyone went above and beyond!! 5+stars
Dr. Gordon and her staff at All Cats are truly the best. My family has used this amazing clinic for years. Additionally, when an emergency comes up, the office has always worked us into the schedule. Our paralyzed cat was able to have a few more years with us because of Dr. Gordon. Shane, one of the vet techs, is an absolute gem. All Cats has been amazing! They have provided such great and loving care to our cats - Jack, our tabby, passed away and they handled everything with such love. ❤️ We adopted our latest cat, Bonnie, from them and we are tickled she is now a part of our family. Thank you All Cats!
I know my cats are getting the best possible care when I go there.
My cat Bella is extraordinarily freaked out by the human race...even me. Everyone at All Cats really knew how to interact with her, and even though she was still freaked out, she wasn’t on the level I imagined that she would be. Dr. White was awesome with Bella. The office is a quaint older building. There are a few kittens that oversee the sitting area. The big plus is no barking dogs.
Yesterday I brought my cat Lola in and from the moment I walked in the door was treated with respect and compassion. From the front desk staff, to Dr. Gordon and the tech in the room, everyone was extremely kind and kept me informed during a stressful situation. Dr. Gordon was very honest and concerned from the very beginning and I truly appreciated her compassion toward my Lola.
