The lady at the front desk in slippers Kat is her name 😆 was slamming stuff around ripped off her headphones and said this is how my Monday is going and pulled out her ponytail and said I'm going to rip out all my hair lol I was like ummm ok... not very professional at all... only came here because the actual allcare didn't have any open appts today... never will I ever come to this one again!!!
TERRIBLE ! TOOK MY DAUGHTER HERE BECAUSE SHE HAD A CAVITY AND HER DENTIST MOVED. THEY TOLD MY DAUGHTER, NOT ME , THAT SHE DIDNT EVEN HAVE ANY CAVITIES!!!! WTH The Receptionist seemed uninterested to explain anything more then than she had too when we arrived .THE OLDER NURSE WAS VERY VERY RUDE and rolled her Eyes during me asking questions and didnt explain any procedures that they was going to do. Yet wasted alot of time. Told them we would NOT BE COMING BACK!
Always patient with me. I like how they take it be time to let me know about my health and to spend time and let me know things I need to do to get healthier. It's not all about meds. It's all about healing
