I don't know about this, recently had my AV checked by ABA, was told my coils needed to be replaced and that would take all day as my unit is in my attick. My nephew came for a surprise visit the next day. He works for an AC company up north. He checked and all I needed was to have my coils cleaned. Which he did in 15 minutes through a side panel in the attick. When I called ABA back to let them know this, I was argued with and then hung up on.
