If You don't have a competent team close the doors. I'm so mad right now. They told me to be there early in the morning, I got 8.10, with my 2 kids missing the morning of school and fasting. By the time they opened the doors, took tem another 15mim to call me, then they told my insurance doesn't cover over there the test my kids were suppost to have, that I should go to the lab.
