Griggs vacuum is hands down THE best place! I rarely do google reviews but for Griggs it’s a must! If I could give them 6 stars I would! They spent over an hour on the phone with me going over vacuums and what might best fit my needs. And then gave me a great deal on the one I decided upon. If you are looking for excellent service, you won't go wrong with Griggs. I purchased my first Riccar (I LOVE it!) almost 20 years ago from Adam and recently a Titan T3600 (the best made vacuum I ever owned, made in Philadelphia). I went in for a replacement part for my Shark vacuum (only 3 years old purchased from Costco) and left Griggs with a new Titan instead. There is no comparison between the two. Riccar vacuum got clogged up by a misplaced sock. Brought it in for service at Griggs. Everybody I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got a full service done including sock removal. Great place for service and if I need a vacuum in the future, this is the place to go.
