When it comes to vacuums in Colorado, it's Griggs Vacuums. Adam and Sarah are extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I went from cheap garbage from big box stores to a quality Riccar. They explained how bagless, while seemingly eco friendly, just means buying multiple vacuums. And they don't even really keep the dust down! My house has been noticeably cleaner since. Thank you Sarah and Adam!!!
I would like to thank Adam for his help today (Thurs Jan 22, 2026), in assisting me with the vacuum I brought in for repair (which can be done), and for his help and patience in helping me pick out a new vacuum which I wanted. I wanted a Vacuum repair store that could help in servicing and repair issues and I found it! Thank you!
Griggs vacuum is hands down THE best place! I rarely do google reviews but for Griggs it’s a must! If I could give them 6 stars I would! They spent over an hour on the phone with me going over vacuums and what might best fit my needs. And then gave me a great deal on the one I decided upon. In the past when I’ve done business with them they have always greatly exceeded my expectations. They are knowledgeable, honest, have exceptional customer service and are just kind people. I don’t even know where to begin to explain how great this family ran vacuum shop is. I’m by far nothing of a person you’d think even uses a vacuum! I wanted one for dog hair and was shown many options and explained in fine detail allergies etc. I walked away 2x now with a ricar canister that in my opinion makes my carpet feel softer, gives it a very clean look and seems to even make the inside air cleaner. If you are looking for excellent service, you won't go wrong with Griggs. I purchased my first Riccar (I LOVE it!) almost 20 years ago from Adam and recently a Titan T3600 (the best made vacuum I ever owned, made in Philadelphia). I went in for a replacement part for my Shark vacuum (only 3 years old purchased from Costco) and left Griggs with a new Titan instead. There is no comparison between the two.
