Oscar was the technician that came out to diagnose the refrigerator that was not cooling or freezing.He charged me $750 dollars to change my compressor. My refrigerator still doesn't work. Oscar and their Customer service representative are frauds. They will say anything to make you pay and then say another part is failing. That is not excellence in service. This place should shut down, it has no business in service industry!
This company is a complete joke, their techniican Oscar and his assistant are frauds, never use this company, they are money hungry and fraudulent in their diagnostic. They completely mis diagnosed my fridge, all it needed was to be defrosted and they said I need a new compressor which was going to cost over 850 dollars.
Came quickly on saturday to fix refrigerator. Compressor was failing. Fixed it in 2 hours. Nice to be back in business. Only lost frozen items.
Nick was professional and called ahead to see if he could even come early. He was honest about the possibility of repair not working and walked through different options.
Our dryer went out so we looked in Angies list and my wife selected these guys. The technician came out and looked at said the was the control board. He said the part has been discontinued and collected his $60 and went on his way. When I got home the screws to open the dryer had not been messed with so I was concerned he did not look at it.
