I've been there twice or three times and have never had an issue. I don't understand why the owner gets so much flack. In fact, in his defense, I will say that as soon as I arrived there, another husband/wife couple (whom, as I overheard, are business owners) came in a few minutes later, right after he started working my car. Immediately, the husband picked a fight with the owner before the transaction even started and said "your prices are the worst, why do you keep raising them every single damn time?" I've taken both our cars here for the past few years and have never had a problem. The owner has always been cool to me or my GF. He usually offers you bottled water and there's a little TV you can watch while you wait. I want to say that I appreciate that they got my car in right away with out having me to wait. They were professional all thorough the whole inspection. This is the second time I bring in a car here and I recommend this place because it is very clean as well.
