This company came and found a leak which they said needed to be taken apart with a special barrier applied and resealed. I was given a bid with the detailed outline of work to be done and paid half the cost to begin the work. They came a month later! When someone did finally come to do the job all he did was apply caulk to the area and smear it with his fingers which took 2 hours and still billed me $1000, it looks horrible.
